I purchased 2 pumps and I've used one and are afraid to use the other.
The tube was too long for the jar which caused a severe kink in the tubing. I cut the the tubing to fit the jar and tried to unkink the tube, but that didn't work. I attached a video.

This bottle is great for storing the products and holds an entire pouch, sometimes more (here's looking at you Matcha Boost and Chai Latte). It's easy to use and while I know we're supposed to be getting away from plastic, the plastic helps me feel secure that if I were to drop the jar, I don't have to worry about broken glass in my shower. Overall, I have bought four of these total for my different products (Matcha Boost, Banana Cream, Chai Latte, and Orange Marmalade) and if I add in another product that would need the jar with a pump, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. My only complaint with these it that all of them together won't fit into my skincare fridge that I have deemed for hair care. Wish they could be a tad bit skinnier and taller to all fit into my fridge and ensure the products stay fresh.

It's nice looking, but since Mason Jars are glass and this is an eco-friendly company I made the assumption they were glass. My bad I guess but I don't understand why they're selling plastic jars. So I'm super disappointed because the main point of shopping here was less plastic. And it's not really working great, as another reviewer mentioned, so it's another piece of plastic ending up in a landfill. It bums me out.

These pump jars are great for in the shower and on the Bathroom cabinet. It is a nice clean look with no label.
